Shrimp Flambé Crepes – Denver Channel 7 News.
Make basic crepe recipe from our website// www.kimballdistributing.com/culinary/crepes.html
Sauté in a tablespoon of butter in a hot sauté pan
¼ lbs shrimp meat in about ½” chunks. (Season with a little salt and fresh ground pepper just before cooking)
4 large sliced or quartered mushrooms
Flambé with about 2 Tablespoons of Sambuca
6 – 8 grape or cherry tomatoes cut into ¼’s
1 T. fresh chopped chives
Add
1 C. Heavy cream reduced or boiled down until about a ½ C. in volume or until it coats the back of a spoon.
Taste and correct salt and pepper
Fill crepes and enjoy
