Basic Crepes
Denver Showroom, Dan Marshall and Vaughn Hobbs

1 cup ice cold water
1 cup cold milk
4 whole eggs
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups all purpose flour

4 tbs butter

Put first 4 ingredients into a blender and blend well. Add four and mix for one minute. Scrape sides and mix for another minute. Add melted butter- warm not hot, to the mixture slowly while blender is running. Let set for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, over night is best, allows all the bubbles to escape.
