Hamburgers Stuffed with Herbed Goat Cheese

Down and dirty, quick and easy…a really fun recipe…
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground turkey
sea salt
fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or if watching salt use Bragg's Amino Acids
6 oz goat cheese
3 tablespoon pre-made pesto
Combine beef, turkey, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Form into 6 patties. In a bowl combine goat cheese and pesto, stuff the goat cheese into the patty and mold the meat around it. You can sauté in a heavy pan or grill. Cook until done. Serve with a fresh salad and some fresh artisan breads.
