Our Culinary Program offers a variety of subjects for everyone and at times that are convenient for you. Whether you like to get your hands dirty or sit back and let us do the work, we have the class that's right for you - from pizzas to pasta, ethnic cuisines to grilling and more. Spend an evening or even a few days with us. In our single-subject classes you'll learn new skills in just a few hours that will last a lifetime. Or, enroll in one of our series classes and make new friends as you meet regularly to delve further into the topics as the series progresses.

Rocky Mountain Concours Tour d'Elegance August 30th - September 1st
In the infancy of the 20th century, at the dawn of the automobile era, European auto and fashion designers gathered to showcase their dreams and creations at prestigious events known as Concours d’Elegance, or competitions of excellence.
Colorado Mountain Winefest September 18th - 21st
Colorado Mountain Winefest is the fundraiser for the trade organization of grape growers and winemakers of Colorado. All funds go towards education, seminars, research and equipment purchases to improve the grape growing and wine making of Colorado wines.
Shared Abundance with the Food Bank for Larimer County September 13th
The Food Bank for Larimer County's annual signature Shared Abundance event, held in our 31,700 square foot warehouse, has pleased and intrigued guests and sponsors since 1999.
Denver Wine & Food Classic September 7th
Welcome to the 2008 Denver Food & Wine Classic! Join leading chefs and noted wine and spirit professionals for an inspiring day that features more than 400 wines, spirits, and tastes from 30 Denver Metro Area Restaurants, a "steel chef" competition featuring Denver's best chefs, Bombay Sapphire Lounge, Bourbon Barrel Room, W.J. Deutsch Wine Cafe, and wine auction.
