Culinary Demonstrations will introduce you to the variety of Viking appliances, stylish and functional. Viking Chefs will tempt you with the results, there is perhaps no better way to get to know the right appliances for your dream kitchen—or to make the most of those you’ve already chosen—than a live cooking demonstration, with culinary techniques you can apply at home. Reservations are requested.
Test Drive Hands-On
Have you even dreamed of owning a Viking range? Take this opportunity to see how it handles. Cook with our one of our Viking Chefs as you steer your way through the features of our range and range top including Slow Simmer, Convection Baking and high BTU output. Also, try out the Viking cookware and cutlery lines.

VIKING COOKING SCHOOL
Viking Cooking School is coming to Salt Lake City! We are in the throes of construction, with our opening date set for Saturday, January 24, 2009. We are excited to host an open house that Saturday for all to come in, take a peek and sign up for Viking Cooking School classes. Of course, you do not have to wait until that date to sign up for classes. We will be accepting reservations, the first week of December, offering a 2 for one enrollments between then and the end of January.
The Viking Cooking School offers a variety of subjects at times that are convenient for you. Whether you prefer to get your hands dirty or sit back and observe, we have the class that's right for you—from pizzas to pasta, from ethnic cuisines to grilling and more. Spend an evening or even a few days with us. In our single-subject classes, you will learn new skills in just a few hours that will last a lifetime, while our series classes afford you the opportunity to make new friends as you meet regularly to explore topics even more deeply.
